However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item/s you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange with-in 28 days from purchase. This excludes face masks & earrings for hygiene reasons. All goods to be returned can we please ask for items to be unused and in unworn condition.
If you are returning through the post, you as the customer are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. Please have original tags and labels to be attached.
We advise you to obtain proof of posting as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for returns. Please ensure the item/s are securely packaged in its original packaging and include a copy of your original proof of purchase.
