All prices here on Snook's Gift Boutique's website are in pounds sterling. VAT is included in prices shown. Prices do not include delivery. All orders for products are subject to availability.
You must be over 18 years old to make a payment. Payment can be made by the methods provided on Snook's Gift Boutique website. Payment will be debited from your chosen method of payment at the time the goods are dispatched.
How to Order
Snooks Gift Boutique Online features a modern browser and mobile friendly design to provide the ultimate shopping experience. All items are described as accurately as possible and the images are of the actual items. Our easy Add to Basket function allows you to add only products that are actually in stock. Once you have finished shopping check the contents of your basket and proceed to the checkout. You can use the checkout as a guest or register for an account. Once you have completed the checkout process you will receive an email confirmation of your order, please check the details carefully and advise us quickly of any errors.
Use Of Data
When submitting personal details to make a purchase, or if you choose to deliver items to a third party such as a friend, all information such as the name, address, e-mail address and telephone number will only be used to process payment, deliver the goods and for us to contact you.
In order to complete a delivery we may also have to disclose specific personal information to particular service suppliers such as the Royal Mail and other nominated carriers. By placing an order with us, you are consenting to us using the personal information that you have given us.
We may also maintain a history of your order details, which enables both you, through an Account, and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases. There may be occasions when you may be offered a reward or a promotional offer for past purchases made.
We may disclose your personal information to the extent that we are required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk). We will not provide your information to third parties unless specified within the Terms and Conditions.
Email & Newsletter
We may send you commercial communications, email notifications which you have specifically requested, our newsletter and other marketing communications relating to our business which we think may be of interest to you. This could be by post or, where you have specifically agreed to this, by email or similar technology. Note, we will not ‘flood’ your inbox with emails, they may be sent when necessary either due to an order or order notification, or to offer you a coupon or supply you our Newsletter.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All purchases will be dispatched to the delivery address entered during checkout. Postage rates will be calculated automatically when you checkout. A choice of services are available depending upon how quickly you would like to receive your order. Delivery is available on all UK orders ONLY and these are sent via Royal Mail; you should allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and delivered, however we will endeavor to dispatch as quickly as possible. Please account that Covid-19 restrictions may delay some of our processes. We will aim to dispatch all purchases the same or next working day. Please order by 1pm Weekdays to expect the same day dispatch.
Placing an order will generate an Invoice, a copy will be emailed to you with your order confirmation email. We will print the original and use it to pick your order from our warehouse, we will adhere the delivery label and use it to deliver your order. The original will be folded and enclosed with your order.
All orders are carefully picked and packed by us. Greetings cards are generally posted inside a board-backed envelope and marked Do Not Bend. Larger orders are packaged carefully in either bubble envelopes, mail bags or cardboard boxes. We take great care packaging your order to ensure as best as we can that the goods will arrive in perfect condition.
You can provide a password and create a login to make repeat shopping easier. You can also log in to view previous orders and check the status of current orders.
We aim to answer any questions or queries quickly and in most cases within 24 hours (longer during weekends and holidays).
Payment Security & Credit Card Safety
Payments are processed via PayPal, a secure and safe online payment solution giving customers the choice of paying via PayPal or via major credit or debit cards. We do not store credit card details.
Your Right to Cancel and our Returns Policy
Snook's Gift Boutique are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied you have the right to cancel and return your order 7 days from receipt of the purchase. Products must be returned for a full refund within that period to the address below, at your cost and in its original packaging.

If the item is returned not fit to resell it will be at our discretion to provide a mutual resolution. If the item has been damaged in the post then please contact us first, we will arrange for you to return within 7 days to receive a replacement or full refund.
In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive (because they are lost in the post) please contact us as soon as possible. If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.
Delivery charges cover UK mainland only. For delivery outside of the UK mainland, you should contact us direct by e-mail or by telephone (see contact details). All deliveries will be sent to the address that was specified in the order. Every effort will be made to deliver within the time frame specified. Standard delivery should normally take between 2-5 working days. Where delivery within four working days is not possible, you will be notified by e-mail. However, this may not apply in respect of deliveries outside of the UK mainland. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are caused by third parties or bad weather. We may at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Do not sign for or accept an order that is visibly damaged. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible and we will arrange its return and replace the item as soon as possible. Products must be inspected within 7 days of receipt of purchase. You will be deemed to have accepted the product unless you notify us of your intent to cancel the order in accordance with the process as specified in the ‘YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL’ section or you notify us that the goods are faulty in accordance with the processes as specified in this section.
You can return any item that was faulty at the point of sale for either a replacement, a free repair or a full refund, so long as you have proof of purchase and the item in question is returned complete in its original packaging. You will not be entitled to any refund, replacement or repair for general wear and tear or recognition of deliberate misuse.
Returns on Jewellery & Face Masks
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on Earrings & Face Masks unless faulty. If faulty please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com. Please make sure you are happy with your purchase before checkout.
Christmas Returns Policy
Extended returns policy, items purchased during December can be cancelled and returned by the 14th January. Items purchased before December as Christmas gifts please notify us in 'comments' to allow extension period - these items are to be returned by 14th January.
Cancellation By Us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us. For example, if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price. If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible.
Title & Risk
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you and we have received clear funds in full payment for the goods. Once goods have been delivered to you or a person nominated by you, they will be held at your own risk and you will be responsible for them.
Snook's Gift Boutique strives for 100% customer satisfaction. However, we recognize that sometimes things can go wrong. If you experience a problem with our products or service, then please contact us. Please phone or email with any problems and we will seek to rectify them.

If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under our agreement, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under our agreement, unless we agree in writing.
We may update, vary and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Each time you order or otherwise purchase any goods from us, the Terms and Conditions in force at that time will apply (as set out on this site).
